Nowadays we find that the outsourcing  jobs abroad is declining.  It is not related to the significance or future but by means of its nature. But  some qualities like creativity, invention, enthusiasm are lacking here.

At the time of the emergence of overseas outsourcing, the invention was not continuous and the roles were narrated by the person.  The expenditure of the project should be taken into account.    The labors were supplied at a cheap rate.  An assignment of give and take could start.  As the capacity increased, a lot of work could be done.  The rise in volume is transferred to offshore companies. 

The invention is the main point that differentiates one company from another.  We now come across websites with attractive taglines and messages using flash.  The organization encourages them with awards for their invention.      Those companies boast of their innovative skills.  Customers/clients  have become creative due to their offshore outsourcing. 

If we investigate into the matter, we find that the news of invention is not genuine.  Now the question arises whether the customer gets anything at the time of increased productivity. Surely,  it will improve the income of the provider  whether or not the customer gets any profit.   We need to know the theoretical as well as the actual proclaimed value.  We need to be efficient and cost effective.
Nowadays freelancers are hired from all corners of the world.  They work at a low cost.  For example, a company named Mechanical Turk have used scalability.  This helps the business to get the data to many workers using the internet.
The outsourcing service is provided to big companies.  The small business can start their branches abroad.  The company can recruit people from foreign countries.  A new business type called Remote In-sourcing is adopted.  The quality of the product is maintained.  A small as well as a big company gets the benefit of outsourcing. 
The following factors are essential for successful outsourcing and they are as follows:
1.       The company should not work only with profit motive.
2.       The work should be temporary.  It can come again and again.
3.       The assignment has to be cheap.  It can be done by somebody else.
4.       The technical knowledge should be very specific and any employee working on daily basis cannot do it.
5.       The task which is outsourced is not something people love doing in the home country.

Generally the information technology services are outsourced.  These skills are time consuming.  Skilled people from developing countries like India are interested to do those jobs.
