3 common mistakes CIO's make when outsourcing

The importance of information technology has changed a lot.  It’s  good for big as well as small companies.  It is helping us promote  business.  It can help us in discovery and the system is functioning perfectly.
Nowadays a number of providers are engaged in the work.  Around 5 to 10 providers' services  arehired by a medium sized company. About 50 providers serve a big company.  A company cannot do everything by itself.
The same job profiles are used by the CIOs and the technique of recruitment is also the same.  The staffs are recruited on the basis of their  technical skills.  So the company is filled with people without transformation skills in IT but having the right technical knowledge.
Patty Hatter opined that when the structure of the organization fails to work, a very efficient IT team cannot work.  Mr. Patty Hatter is the CIO and SVP of operations.  You need to understand the reason behind the problems.  You need to know the skills necessary to  get your work done.
A team of business experts take part in various business activities.  The business analysts and project managers take part in the business and get a better understanding.
The candidates with good communication skills are chosen.  This will help us develop better relationship with our partners in business.  To make an organization successful, communication skill is more important than the technology.
When you quickly recruit people, you will definitely take a wrong step.  The person you are recruiting should match your culture as well as the team spirit.  The company should invest in the recruitment process. It is important to spend money in recruitment process and get the right employee.  The right business partner is recruited. This partner should have knowledge of the culture, technology and methodology.
A great way of recruitment can be the recommendation of your colleague.  You take a telephonic interview and choose to hire the person.  Later you find that the person does not have the right  work habit.  So the individual’s performance can be different from the testimony of the friend.
An employee with good communication skills worksbetter  with the team.  This is important along with the technical skills.  The development of trust is an essential aspect and the skills of communication, negotiation and thinking for the company as a whole cannot be ruled out.  An employee must have the ability to express in simple words all the technical knowledge.  Mr. Holman of Ryan, LLC thinks that the employee must have good listening skills and then solve the problem of the customers.    Group interview is given priority and this helps the company understand how he works under pressure.
A resume of the candidate cannot reflect the actual person.  Though the candidates  generally do not add activities and interests in CV, it is important to know about them as well.  It is interesting to know that activities like marathon running reflects endurance, sportsman with competitive spirit, craftsmen have an eye for details, volunteerism shows fighting for a cause.
If the candidate is interested to face challenging situations, then the person is perfect for that position.  You need to communicate the responsibilities to the candidate very clearly.  So when the crucial moment comes, he will be able to cope with the stress.
The CIOs hire the candidates and expects them to work in full swing immediately.  The most important thing is to train the candidate about the rules and regulations of the company and how to work for the company and not for merely individual gain.
