Toastmasters International is an educational institution serving with no-profit motive.  It creates public speakers and great leaders.  It organizes meetings all over the world.  Their headquarters is located in Rancho Santo Margarita, California.  The organization has 292,000 members worldwide.  It has 14,350 clubs.   It has a worldwide network in 122 countries.  It trains people irrespective of class, caste and color since 1924.

Overcoming fear in public speaking:

TI trains the members to overcome the fear factor.  You might be feeling wobbly in the knees and sweating but there is nothing to be afraid of.  It is an excellent place of learning.  It is a wonderful place for boosting confidence.  Nobody is going to penalize you for your faulty speech.  You need to choose a comfortable topic.  You need to practice the speech daily.  You must see you have success.  Never share your nervousness with audience.  Always wear professional dress.  You need to speak clearly.  You need to be humble.  Your speech should reflect your style and interests.  You need pretend to be confident, then gradually confidence will be reflected in your speech.

Techniques of improvement of speech:

There are special techniques of improving your speech, the right gestures, great PowerPoint presentation.  You need to know everything about your topic of speech.  You should practice your speech daily.  You need to relax and speak enthusiastically.  Your speech should be stimulating, packed with information and lively.  You need to grab the attention of audience now.  Relax yourself before any public speaking in your own way.  You need to speak always using keywords.  You should create an impact in the audience.   The presentation style is an important tool in speaking.  You should maintain your self-respect.  You should always add humor in your speech to make it interesting to the audience.

Public Speaking in the Business World:

Speaking skill is highly valuable in the business world.  An employee faces the fear of speaking in public.  It becomes difficult if you give your speech using highly technical terms.  Our speech training will help you overcome the fear.  You need to write down the purpose of speech, and then guess the expectations of the audience.  You need to deliver the primary message.  You should tell the audience to act upon it.  You can use high quality visual presentations.  Every slide should bear one message and it should be visible to everybody.
