HOW YOU CAN KEEP UP YOUR FITNESS IN YOUR HOLIDAYS


This is a very important subject for our discussion.  But during the holidays I ignore these diet regimens.  I lead a heavenly life.  But when I return from the vacation, I don’t feel comfortable at all.  I find that my weight has increased by 5 to 15 pounds.  I feel it is quite harmful and affects my weight loss program.
Steps to be taken during the vacation:
  1.  You should wake up early in the morning and start doing exercises.  You will be able to do your exercises peacefully.  You will be distracted in the afternoon and evening time.  The family members and friends will divert your attention.
  2. You need to chalk out a plan of activities.  This plan will show the regular routines for exercise.  You can walk for 20 minutes but record every activity in details.
  3. Before  day one, you need to chalk out the exercise routine.  You should not wait till the last moment.  You should not do exercise without creating a schedule.
  4. You should always remember “Green” in your diet.  You should not forget to take green vegetables in your meals.
  5. You should take food at frequent intervals.  Your activity level increases during the vacation.  So you need to take protein and vitamins regularly in your diet.  This will help boost the proper functioning of your physical organs.
  6. Proper hydration of your body is very important.  Take water at frequent intervals.  You must carry a cool water container along with you.  This will keep your metabolism under equilibrium.
The procedures may be simple.  But you should remember that the ordinary steps add up and give us a big profit.  I realized that I have changed my life totally when I checked my weight.  I am also looking forward for more vacations frequently.
